Brief Description: Rib #2 Patch for wrong nutplate holes.
Mistake 12/31/02: drilled holes for the nut plates through rib #2 drill size #40. Nut plates are only attached to the "U" channel (7V11-4K) for their removal. Made a patch on Rib # 2 to cover wrong holes drilled thru rib for nutplates.
