Dimpled inspection panel doubler & skin (3/32), counter sunk holes in nut plates to accept the dimple in aluminum. Riveted nutplates & doubler to lower wing skin just outboard of rib #2 using AN426-3-4 rivets. Flanged edge of inspection cover and fitted to panel.
