Brief Description: Received 1 1/2" angle cut upper longerons
Layed out cut pattern, drill pattern and bend pattern on upper longerons. New bandsaw blade worked great and cut nicely thru the 3/16" angle. Bent upper longerons per plan. Clamped them to table edge, heated with torch and pushed down on the end to get the 1" deflection. Layed out and drilled equidistance hole in the longerons to use with squaring braces later.
