caulked at channel to cntr bottom skin, cut, shaped and drilled fwd floor and match drilled to spar and floor supports. Riveted in place. used countersunk rivets at the spar and dimpled the floor to match. Hand rivet set for 5/32" flush rivets is damn near impossible.
