Brief Description: Finished shaping left wing and center rib blanks.
Completed forming main left wing blanks and set them aside. Cut out and drilled the forming dies for wing front ribs. Cut out 0.020" rib blanks, fly cut the lightening holes. Each blank was held to scrap block by pattern bolts when fly cutting the lightening holes. Used fly cutter to shape a round tapered stamp and die to flange the lightening holes. Then began forming the ribs. Lightening holes were flanged after the rib flanges were bent so as not to interfere with the pattern blocks during flanging.
