I got an emal from TAF saying the tip ribs are a bit wider at the rear spar and that they tap them down with a plastic mallet. Mine appear to be a bit wider that usual so I had to use some "heavy tapping" with a wood form and a mallet.
I prepared the ribs with primer and installed the brackets.
