Brief Description: 2 - Aileron and Flap fitment

Without the tip rib I can't final install the ailerons, so I temporarily clecod the aileron end brackets and fit the ailerons with the proper hardware. I also fit the flaps with the proper hardware as well. Preliminary alignment looks good.
