Brief Description: Installed voltage regulator & capacitor to firewal
I located a spot on the inside of the firewall for the voltage regulator and capacitor consistent with the manual. Mounting it on the inside removes it from the heat of the engine making it less susceptable to failure. I drilled four holes, installed 4 M6 rivnuts and then installed four shock mounts for the plate I had fabricated earlier. I then installed the assembly to the firewall.
The voltage regulator case and plate will be grounded to the firewall when I do the wiring.
