Removed one side of the left skin, repaired bent rib, and cleco'd. Drew vertical centerlines on each end to check straightness and found one side to be off about .1". I then removed all cleco's on one side except for those on the trailing edge and adusted leading edge by hand. Finally I installed cleco's two or three at a time from either side manipulating the skin to the direction it needed to flow. It was time consuming but worth it, as the straightness is near perfect now. I riveted to all of the left side except for the trailing edges which I will do after I do the right side so I can lay the stab down for easier access.
