I removed the plastic film from the inside of the skins and test fit against the frame to evalutate fit. Removed the plastic film from around the rivets with a soldering iron and started inerting clecos. There is slack in the fit due to the large bend radius, so is started with clecos around the perimeter first. The tip ends were the most difficult, and I think I bent one of the ribs while inserting a cleco (you can see depression in pic 2). I'll investigate further tomorrow, but its almost ready for rivets.
