I used a dremel tool to removed about 1/8 of the left flange to clear the instrument lights I had installed earlier.
I then matched drill the 8 holes for the radio rack to the panel, pressed in 6-32 nuts and installed the radio rack. Finally I installed the comm and transpnder radios.
I've ordered different mounting screws that I will install later, but it seems to fit nicely.
