I needed a "third hand" to install the rivnuts with my drill attachment, so I used a vice to hold it in place while I operated the drill with my right hand and held the plate and wing tip with my left hand.
I took a few more attempts to get it right, but I was finally successfull, and the right wing tip position light / strobe is now installed.
