Brief Description: 4 - Mounted Hstab for connector wiring plan

I removed the rudder and mounted the horizontal stabilizer with clecos so I could determine a plan for flange mounting connectors for the strobe wires, trim wires and vor coax.

need tie-wraps for coax & strobe wire
