Since my friend is harrassing me for progress (Ethan) ha ha...I am posting an update....even though progress has been embarassingly modest.
Mounted the hinge line support beam to boards that can be positioned clamped and screwed to the upright supports. Created some spacers that will allow me to skin the structure while leaving the end ribs secured to the fixture. (to try to make sure no twist creeps in
