Made the rest of the hinge brackets. I formed the bends on my press brake. Since the thickness of the steel is .063, I needed a bigger bend radius than I have on the brake. I simply bent a peice of .040 aluminum first then used the aluminum as a nose piece on the brake. After spring back, this gave me a radius of about 3 t.
