Brief Description:  Rear Spar Work and Assembly Prep

With the rear seat skin ordeal behind me, I shifted attention to disassembly of the passenger compartment so that the skins details could be deburred, countersunk and primed. All holes were drilled up to their final 1/8 size and the rear section was removed from the fixture as shown in Image 1. Image 2 shows more work on the aft spar to add the rudder cable pulley assemblies. Care had to be take to get the pulleys located in a spot that allows cable clearance, while also allowing the housing to clear the aft belly skin that will attach at an angle. (Clearances in all directions will be tight) Image 3 shows the start of adding the stiffeners that will be used to attach the rear seat ribs.
