I remade the bulkheads that go to the instrument panel (FS:22.75). This was due to the fact that minor variations in the skin contour caused a poor fit to the bulkhead contour shown in the plans. It may be that my transition of the skin reflex (image 1 lower left) near the spar was not exactly the same as Dicks, but it still should work fine. At any rate, I made cardboard patterns of the desired contour and then transferred that to forms (shown in image 2). The forms were then used to make bulkheads that were subsequently drilled and clecoed as shown in image 3.
