Created a bed of Bondo on the bench top to allow the angle to rest flat and without curvature. Worked with Mike Jackson to build a hardwood nose piece. This piece will be clamped up by the steel nose and contains various radius bend forms depending on how it is inserted into the brake. I will take a picture of the hardwood when I get everything assembled.
