Now that I have painted fittings, I did the final reaming of the attach holes and installed them, There is some variation between the AN-4 bolt diameters. So, to get a light tap fit, you need to hand ream each hole to the bolt. It takes a bit of time, but it is satisfying when they fit well. Balancing my OCD becomes an issue again....ha ha....
Each 1/4 hole must be reamed for the particular bolt
