I started to prepare the outer spar cap strips by creating a drilling fixture (board with spacers) that allows me to stack the caps in the proper order, then drill them all together. I started with a 3/32 hole, so you have to peck drill the holes to keep chips from building. There are lots of holes to drill, so the task is somewhat tedious (as if this whole project isn't ha ha)
