Brief Description:  Prepping landing gear legs

A few things need to be done to get the gear legs ready for fitting to the tube mounts in the wing. Fist plates were fabricated and match drilled/reamed for a tight fit of the 1/2 and 3/8 dia bolts.
Next, I started working on the shape of the gear leg. I am using an aluminum leg which is about an inch thick and the shape as received from Mustang Aero is quite blunt. I intend to cover the gear leg with a thin fiberglass fairing that will conceal the hydraulic brake tube along the trailing edge, but the bluntness of the leg will make the chord length of the fairing very long (and ugly). To shorten the chord, I have rounded off the leading and trailing edge of the legs to allow a snugger fit of a fairing with the desired 3/1 ratio. I wanted to be careful to take off the minimum needed because I don't want to severely alter the load carrying capability of the leg.
