The replacement flap was finished by bringing all the 3/32 holes up to 1/8 as required. After riveting, the ends were trimmed and the skins on the wing were also trimmed to get the proper spacing and required deflections without interference. The new flap fits well and has no discernable twist (other than that needed for the wing washout) It appears I did not take any pictures of the completed (riveted), but you know what it looks like.
