Brief Description: Forming Aileron Leading edge skins
Continued work on the ailerons by forming the .020 nose skins. These skins were first bent by hand, then "tweaked" in the bending brake I built to bend the wing leading edge skins. Image 3 shows one of the leading-edge rib forms sitting in the skin to show the final conformance of the bend to that required.
