Brief Description:  Upper Mast & Rotor Brake & Pre-Rotator

Read the manual many times. One question kept coming up in my mine. If I tighten & torque this part now, will I have to looes it up later? The answer is, yes. Example: Image 1 - If fore & aft control plates torque and connected to control bar. I would have to pull apart again for pre-rotator, rotor brake and to torque main bearing bolt to control bar.

Upper mast & cheek plate’s prep and torque down first. Everything else assembled but left loose except for pre-rotator. Pre-rotator plates to control loose for brake.

All ready for final assembly together, torque and safety wire.

Note: Pitot/Static tube pg 243 need to go on now too. Disassemble lower two bolts on cheek plate to mount it. April 4, 2012.
