Recived e-mail today 2/26/12 about sight tube. The sight tube itself shrinks a lot after being full of fuel for a week or so will cause fuel leaks. It needs more length than what I have in the Image 1. Thanks Steve.
Update: 9/2/12 - Image # 1 taken back in February 2012 and Image #2 taken in September 2012. The sight tube did shrink some after one day in the sun with no fuel in tank. May try a little experiment with new piece tubing at 17” (approximately 15.5” on first installation) with some fuel in it and subject it to a week of outside weather just to see how much it will shrink.
