Image #1 and #2 shows the loading of the ship onto the trailer at home and image #3 is at my hangar at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS). Rather than reattach the fiberglass panels to the airframe I placed them in the box that sets on the aft end of the trailer. Had to cut some slots in the box for the tail boom supports.
I purchased the trailer from Stan Maige of Dallas, Texas. Great fella and his builders website is one of the best out there.
The drive to Randy's in Waggoner, Oklaoma took about 8 hours. I stopped 4-5 times to check the helicopter and to stay awake. The tailboom supports worked like a charm.
