Brief Description:  Spar Web Blank Router Jig

"Spar Web Blank Router Jig" is a fancy way to say that we created a 8' long rabbet along the edge of a piece of 3/4" MDF to allow a 1/8" thick aluminum angle to sit flush. This will be the router guide for when I cut my Spar Web Blanks out of the big sheet. I will be clamping the metal down using another piece of MDF. I'll also be covering the top of the angle with tape to guard against possibly scratching my material.

And I also removed 1/8" off of the forward end of my Back Rib Router Jig. (so it's now a total of 1/4" behind the Spar center line to account for the two layers of capstrips + plates)
