Brief Description: Joggle block & Modify small jigs
Using a piece of 0.125" thick aluminum with a 3/16" slot, I created my joggle tool for the rib-to-spar-flange contact areas. Coupled with the maple jaws I made for my vise, it works really great.
I also used the bandsaw to cut off the flanges on the Flap Nose, Aileron Nose, and Aileron Pocket Rib jigs. I then sanded down to the lines noting the edges of the parts and added radius' with the router table. Now these have gone from routing jigs to forming jigs.
