I just about made my weekend goal of completing all the required (IMHO) wing rib jigs. The only tasks, I think, I have left of these is to (a) bevel the 45's (b) finish the oval lightening hole jigs, and (c) apply the .125" shims, as required, on the center rib routing jigs.
Also shown is the bending brake from Wicks with riser blocks installed allowing the use of vise-clamps now. Much better than c-clamps.
