Fabricated:
• Back Rib Routing Jig
• Back Rib Lightening Hole Jig (top layer incomplete, no male dies yet)
• Flap Rib Routing Jig
• Flap Rib Lightening Hole jig (top layer incomplete, no male dies yet)
• Aileron Rib Routing Jig
• Aileron rib lightening hole jig (top layer incomplete, no male dies yet)
• 0.025” Oval hole “E” routing jig
• Oval “E” hole lightening hole jig partially done

The oval jig is actually really easy to make. I've seen some builders take a circular plug, saw it in half and insert an extension piece. The center of the two radius' is on the mylar/plans. Using a circle cutter on your drill press, carefully create two circles. Then just draw a line connecting the two and sand to that line. Then to create the plug, just trace this onto another piece of MDF. Cut and sand to suit. Was a piece of cake!
