Tonight I finished all my Lightening Hole Jigs. I beveled all my female and male dies. I also finished the oval jigs.

I did have to remake two of the jigs. Since I'm using the router method of rib shaping, I have to countersink the pieces, that contact the table, for the alignment hardware. I use forstener bits to do that. I was using AN970-3 washers in my stackup so my countersinks were of that diameter as well. In two instances I had removed material right where I needed to put a 45 degree bevel.
