Image 1 is the main transmission and cooling fan
Image 2 Is the rotor head
Image 3 Is the newly balanced tail rotor. You can see the balancing record on the bottom left of the picture.
My plan of attack is:
1. Remove the bubble and hide it in a safe place (yet to be determined) 2. Remove all sheet metal 3. Prime sheet metal 4. Paint sheet metal 5. Cleco sheet metal back in place 6. Rivet all sheet metal 7. Paint exterior of ship.
Unfortunately my paint booth was destroyed in order to do the house remodel. The interior stuff I am not to worried about painting in the shop, because it is all hidden. The exterior I will evaluate my options when the time arrives.
I have been practicing my riveting, one more self taught skill for my repertoire.
