Brief Description:  Its Here

Well it is finally here. It was supposed to arrive on Monday but my mags got shipped to the wrong addres and CHR was waiting on them to show up. Unfortunately that still did not arrive. Still waiting on them. I don't think it will hold up my first flight however.

The good news about the delay is that they just finished up their tail rotor balancing jig. They are now able to bolt up your tail rotor gearbox and balance it. Mine came with the balancing sheet and they got it to 0.07 ips. Try doing that with it on the ship.

Everything arrived in the same condition that it left the factory in (best I can tell). You can see the stack of boxes on the right. These came in on a pallet. Each one has a packing slip with it so I have a pretty good idea of what is in each one. The ones I have unpacked were well packed with no apparant damage to any of the contents.

Matthew (Delane's son, and chief trucker) and I were able to carry the cabin section into the garage by ourselves. I doubt that it weighs more than about 200 lbs. The tail boom is hanging on the wall.

The middle picture shows a professional model standing beside the ship. Call me for more info on hiring him to be a spokesman for your products.

Also in the second picture is a BRAND NEW LYCOMING ENGINE. I have personally never seen one before. On thing that is striking is how ugly it is. You would think for $XX.XXX they could at least do a decent paint job. It looks like that used a mixture of paint and sand. Why bother painting at all. It would keep us from having to strip it off in order to do a decent job.
