Brief Description:  Complete boot cowl, floorpan side panels

Continued removing the boot cowl pieces and deburring holes and edges. Trimmed the sheets to the center line of the tubes. Took the upper side pieces to the EAA hanger and bent a slight bit more radius on the edge of the sheets. Put all the parts on a shelf for the next year or morer.

While at the EAA hanger I showed my rudder covering job to my Tech Council. He said it looked good, but I was storing it and the rest of the parts in plastic bags that he said would put oil on the surfaces. Took them all out of their bags and wrapped the mess in a old sheet.

Started on the left side lower panel over the floorboard. The way it fits, it completely covers the fuel valve handle. Need to move the valve about 3/4" inboard and modify the cover so it can be removed. Have an idea. With the valve inboard, the fuel line will interfer with some sheet matal, but I think I will go with aluminum tubing fuel line between the fuel pump and valve and valve to firewall, and find a location for the red cube fuel flow meter. I have made up many dozens of tubing connections without any leaks, so I like them better then the auto fuel line Rans uses.
