Drilled in the instrument panel visor after getting it to fit. Enlarged all the holes to 1/8" per the plans.
Started disassembly by removing the top and cleaning up all the parts, deburring the holes and edges. Started documenting the number of washers used on the tabs on the appropriate figures provided including notes on assembly. This won't be put back on for a year or more, so it is important to be able to reconstruct it as is.
