Took the instrument panel and visor and the side cowl mounts to the EAA building on the Airpark and bent them to the exact curves to fit.
Filed the boot cowl down to flush with the firewall and drilled in the engine cowling mounts. Thanks to the prebending, they went in easily. Tried to fit the instrument panel visor, and it was too long, Started grinding off the ends to get it in.
