I love troubleshooting. Plugged the aileron servo in and used the system to "find" it. It worked but resulted in the system having an alarm and ignoring one of the servos. Called Dynon and they had the answer, a pair of network wires reversed. There are three Dsubs in the wires for the servo so I just reversed the ones in the easiest to get to.
Set wingtips up and plugged them in. Initially nothing worked, then found that the wires were not inserted far enough in the Molex plugs. Fixed them but the strobe still did not work. Checked the fues and it looked good so checked for voltages and there were none. Was thinking I had to go into the wires when I pulled the fuse and checked it with a meter and it was bad. Still looked good. Strobes worked.
Calibrated the aileron trim servo. Still one issue with the Pitot heat alarm, tomorow. Started working on the gap filler between the wing and fues.
