Brief Description:  Cowl/baffle, firewhall shields

Continued on the upper cowl/plenum baffles. Put them in and put cowl on. It is good, but hard to bet it on without taping the baffle material to the cowl pulling it forward to clear the plenum as the cowl comes down. Just keep a roll of duct tape in the aircraft. Put plenum pin latches on the front of the baffles Put nutplates on the lower cowl front. This completes the cowling and the plenum cpmstruction. I hope, for the first flight. Want to prime the cowling before flying.

Drilled holes in the firewall to mount the shields. Interesting access in some cases. Tomorrow mix my USAF approved firewall sealant and install the shields. The stuff goes off so fast it might be one batch per shield. Hard to use because the mix ratio is 100 to 2.5 by weight and the 2.5 is liquid. The 100 is stiffer than proseal.
