Brief Description: Top cowl/plenum baffles, baffle pin retention
Made (twice) the baffles that go between the top cowl and the plenum. These will be a pain when putting on the top cowl, for the life of the aircraft. Ready to bolt in after weatherstrip glue dries.
Figured out the plenum hinge pin retainers. The first is a simple slot and notch in the baffle reinforcements as shown in photo 2. The front will be a bolt with a large washer and small spacer to trap the pins. Parts made and ready for when the lower cowl comes off next.
