Working on the baffles between the top cowl and the plenum. Needed to adjust the plenum to get the correct fit. Included moving one hinge on the side of the baffles up and on the other side building up the inside by 1/4". Don't know why the fit was off, but it will be fine after a few hours work.
Figured out the seat heaters and ordered two 9" wide automotive seat heater kits. Will have to mount a provided switch somewhere easily reached for each seat. These have high and low heat. My wife says just wire them on high. It has been cold here.
