Brief Description: Hinges on plenum, install bafffles, torque prop
Moved all the painted parts into the hanger bathroom and turned the heat up to 90. Cleaned up the hanger, put all the paint stuff away.
Installed all the hinges on the plenum, used 3/32 not countersunk rivets. Put a pin in the hinge before riveting and it moved loosely
Torqued the prop bolts. I guess it is not going to come off. The crows foot wrench was slipping on a couple. Heard a neighbor had just picked up a Antisplat Aero prop wrench. He has the prop off one of his aircraft and was going to do the other soon. I grabbed the wrench and it was wonderful. Torqued the bolts in about ten minutes, calculating the ofset torque took almost as long as the work.
The baffles were dry enough, so I installed the parts using the lockwashers. Put the hinges on the back and riveted. Started on the side hinges.
