Brief Description:  Bottom cowl fit fix, baffle tension rods controls

Sanded down the micro on the bottom cowl that improves the fit-up at the front. Put it on and cut a narrow slot about 6" long in the bottom right corner. Heated the glass with the heat gun and pulled it into a better fit. Taped it into position, removed and added two layers of glass on the inside to hold it. Will need a layer on the outside later. Fiberglass does have its occasional benefit!

Built the four tension rods for the baffles. Two out of 6/32 allthread and two out of stainless rod tapped at the ends to thread. The allthread would not do the bends without cracking. Put on nylon on the two outer to protect the oil return lines.

Started onthe controls. Got the governor hooked up, temporary for now. Worked on the mixture and the recess in the airbox was not deep enough to clear the stack up of washers required. Tried reforming it in place and got it to work, but it is no good as is. Will make a fiberglass recess when my plenum material gets here next week. Got the mixture working and the clamp that holds all the lines to the mtor mount.
