Riveted the bottom cowl support togehter including nutplates. Riveted the vents into the bottom of the cowl.
Installed the cowl and installed all the screws that hold it on including the support and the nutplates I put in to replace the lower hinges. Turns out to be 16 screws. All fit and it looked Ok. I may need to cut the right side corner and bring it in a little bit to fit the fues curve better. It stands proud about 3/32" in the tight curve. Would be easy to cut and reglass it to fit a little better.
Took it all out and put the top and bottom cowls togehter. Used some micro to build up areas in the front of the cowls that did not match real well.
