Brief Description: Bottom cowl

Matched drilled all the parts to the bottom cowl anchor after fitting it up on the aircraft. Drilled holes in the cowl for the vents with 3/4" hole saw (could not find the 13/16" Vans requires) and cut the slots. Cleaned up all parts ready to rivet.
