Put paper clips around all of the baffles. Once again the clearance was too small in some areas to get it all the way down, so trimmed more. Fionally got it right. Installed bottom cowl and reset all the paper clips high. Put on top cowl very carefully and got it down to where the side pins could go in. Removed it carefully
Make a marking guide and marked all around the baffles 1/2" down from the top of the paper clips. I am going on the high side of clearance because it would be a mess to lower it later. Removed all the baffles and marked the cut line. Almost all of the marks were in line. Trimmed the tops to the line and cleaned up all the edges.
Put the baffles back on again and made and installed the clips that hold the side pieces together. That completes the basic baffle construction. Still will need to paint after the plenum is installed and build the bottom tie rods, tomorrow.
