Made template to cut spinner clearances and cut out. Trimmed until the fit was good. Made it to withing 1/8" of prop as it sits now. Will trim to clear with pitch changes when the prop is mounted on the motor and can easily use a prop paddle to move the blades.
Drilled all the holes. Made the fillers that fit behind the prop trimmed close for the same reason as above. Trimmed the back of the spinner to fit flush with the backplate. Drilled for all the nutplates and rivets to attach the fillers. Installed all the nutplates to complete what can be done now.
