Klaus said the light speed igniton sensor bracket could go with the screws I can get in it. Also suggested adding a bracket to a case bolt which sounds like a good idea to me. Ordered a special tap and some other things from McMaster Carr. Mailed the flywheel and magnet ring to Light Speed to drill and install the ring.
Built the left and right side baffles. Put on the brackets that use the case bolts and then installed all the baffles built to date. Had to resolve an interference with the right rear where it hit the crankcase near its attach point. After that, it is amazing to say, all the bolts just slid right in without any issue. Having built a set for my -6 in about 1998, I can say the kit is so much better it cannot be believed. Back in those good old days, it took about three times longer to get to this point and was totally frustrating. This is an assembly job.
