Brief Description:  Doors, doors, doors ....

Redrilled the right door hinge after getting the fit right. The holes moved less then 1/3 hole dia. and the fit changed a bunch. Added a pair of .020 shims and all the gaps opened up to about a thick business card.

Marked the right gutter for the 1/4" gap trim and sanded to the line. The top of the gutter would not trim to the line without removing some of the 1 5/16" width. Same as the other door. So leave that gap small for now and build the gutter up to about 3/8".

Removed cabin top and inverted on the low workbench. Added glass to part of the gutter. I layup 5 layers of 3/4" tape and one 1" tape between 2 sheets of wax paper, squeege out excessive epoxy, cut it down the middle and then trim off the excessive wax paper. Measure what is needed and cut a piece. Remove to bottom wax, put it on the canopy and remove the top wax paper. A lot more messy than it sounds. Can't get more than 5 layers or it becomes unstable when putting it on the door and the layers seperate and slide all around. Will take between 2 and 3 applications to do the basic buildup.
