Brief Description: Fit right door, sand left gutter down, glass
Worked on right door fit. Did some sanding and then tried the fit without bolting it to the hinges. Was improved quite a bit. Checked and found the top wanted to be about 3/32" closer in. Sanded it until it fit without the hinges connected but with the latch closed. Need to redrill the hing holes, fortunately I only drilled the outer four, so filled them with flox. Remount tomorrow
Marked the left door gutter for the seal clearance of 1/4" - just a shade. Sanded it to the line with a die grinder and sanding drum. Only took about 30 minutes. Have a lot of build up to get the 1/4" needed for the seal. Put on some glass on part of the door. This needs to be done with the top out and upside down. Will do the right door gutter trim tomorrow and remove the cover.
