Fixed 45 degree edge in cabin top right side. Cut out window in right door and did a rough trim of the outside, 3/16 outside the scribe.
Marked all around outside using a trick off VAF that I used yesterday. Put down blue tape on the cabin top and trim it flush with the top of the 45 degree bevel. Put the door on and cut the tape flush with the outside of the skin. Mark the tape and door with some index marks, remove the door, transfer the marks to the tape under the door. Remove the narrow piece of tape and put it on the outside of the door. The edge is now the trim line. Mark with the pen and trim with a small margin for error. Came within about 1/16 or better of the final trim.
Am using my Fein vibrating tool to cut the glass. Works very well with the 3/4 round wheel cutter.
Sanded it til it fit. McMaster seal is set to arrive tomorrow. Need to trim cabin do the door will fit inside and don't want to go too far.
